NREDC originated in 2008 as the First Regional Center for the entire state of Nevada. We have always focused on smaller EB5 projects that need under $50 Million in EB5 Funds.

Led by a successful and experienced management team which examines the economic, social, cultural, political, and financial aspects of the growing market in Nevada. It is the job of the NREDC’s executives to seek out potential global investors to cultivate and develop the local community.
